Logistikfläche bringt kaum neue Arbeitsplätze
Was man im Masterplan verharmlosend Gewerbefläche nennt ist womöglich nur Logistikfläche. Also kaum neue Arbeitsplätze und wenn, dann im Niedriglohnbereich bzw verlagerung vom Strassenbahndepot Böllenfalltor nach Wixhausen.
