Verhältnismäßigkeit !?

...weil ich mega froh bin, einen so tollen AG zu haben und glaube, dass die Folgen für uns alle wesentlich schlimmer werden, als die Ursache...und ich meine damit nicht "nur" die wirtschaftlichen (die werden sowieso katastrophal)... ich meine (Meinungs-) Freiheit, Versammlungsfreiheit, Berufsfreiheit, Schulwesen, etc - GG Artikel 1-20

Aktuell gibt es zu wenig Arbeit für viele AG, nicht zu viel. Was nützt dem AG ein geschenkter Urlaubstag, wenn er einem AN in Kurzarbeit ohnehin keine/wenig Arbeit anzubieten hat?
