Variante Finsinger Holz bringt deutliche Entlastung des Wohnumfeldschutzes mit sich. Bei der Abschnittsvariante St 2580 ist die Un-terschreitung der LEP-Abstandswerte deutlich, bei vier Wohngebäuden im Außenbereich ist das Wohnumfeld beeinträchtigt. ... Eine Überspannung der Waldbestände wäre möglich, brächte aber eine stärkere Beeinträchtigung des Landschaftsbildes mit sich.
