1. der Bebauungsplan der Stadt Nauen zu diesem Quartier scheint unter dem Einfluss der Investorplanungen entstanden zu sein, eine eigenständige Stadtplanung der Stadt ist nicht zu erkennen 2. für etwa 2.500-3.500 neue Nauener Bewohner ist sicherlich Platz. Es fehlt aber eine verbindliche Planung über den Wohnungsbau hinaus: - Kita und Schule für viele Hundert hinzukommende Kinder - Verkehrs- und Straßenplanung für viele Hundert hinzukommende PKWs, Fahrräder, Erweiterung des Busverkehrs
