das ist die Frischluftschneise, Naherholungsgebiet. Nur weil "Investoren" meinen Geld zu verdienen. Wenn man keien Flüchtlinge mehr ins Land lässt schrumpft automatisch die Bevölkerung und die Investoren hören endlich auf zu investieren. Dazu am Besten Zinsen auf 5% erhöhen. Heutzutage kann jeder mit 100% Verschuldung bauen dank des billigen Geldes.
