Berufskrankheit

Geld ist immer ein Argument. Verkäuferinnen an der Kasse einiger Ketten verdienen rund 500 Euro mehr im Monat als eine Pflegekraft.Aber auch Wertschätzung der Berufsgruppe Pfleg ist ein muss. Pflegende sind keine billigen Urinkellner oder Bettpfannenträger.. Pflegende leisten viel viel .mehr.. Es ist nachgewiesen, das eine Pflegekraft am Tage mehr Tonnen bewegt als ein Maurer, Tischler oder Zimmermann. somit auch Körperlich mit spätestens mit Anfang bis Mitte 50 körperlich am ende ist.. Bei Handwerkern ist es eine anerkannte Berufskrankheit.. Bei der Pflege nur Verschleiß

Tarifbindung bindet Personal

Tariflos geht gar nicht! Zumal die Elbe Kliniken in kommunaler Hand sind. Wo bleibt das verantwortliche Handeln der örtlichen Politiker? Eine Abwanderung von Pflegepersonal in Hamburger Krankenhäuser kann die Folge sein. Das habe ich gemacht und verdiene bei gleicher Tätigkeit in Tarifbindung ca. 500 € netto mehr.
