Petition Tempo 30

Das wäre eine gute Regelung und wenn dazu auch noch die parallel verlaufende Schillerstrasse, Martin- Greif-Strasse, Mühlenstraße , Beethoven - Schubertstrasse sowie die Mozartstrasse zu einer 30-kmh-Zone gemacht werden, würde das ein sinnvoller Beitrag zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit sein.

Tempo 30 auf vollwertiger 2-spuriger Straße ist überflüssig.

Die Straße ist gut ausgebaut. Die meisten Fahrer halten sich an die aktuelle Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung und es gibt keine signifikanten Sicherheitsprobleme (enge Kurven, Bergkuppen etc), Ich glaube es gibt wichtigere Probleme in Mühldorf und gefährlichere Straßen z.B bei Kindergärten, Schulen etc.

Unnötig

Ich habe selbst mehrere Jahre in der Münchener Straße gewohnt und sehe keinerlei Notwendigkeit für ein Tempolimit. Dies scheint mir politisch motiviert. Wohnen aktuell nun in der Krankenhausstraße an der Tempo 30 gilt und dies könnte auch gerne weg wenn es nach mir geht. Die Hälfte hält sich eh nicht dran und die andere Hälfte ist auch keine Lärm oder Sicherheitsverbesserung. Die übliche B90/Grüne Mentalität den Mitmenschen immer aus Egoismus Verbote und Einschränkungen aufdrängen zu wollen.

Für was?

Mit Tempo 30 wird die Lärmbelästigung erhöht, da man in einem niedrigeren Gang fährt. Außerdem wird das überqueren der Straße nicht vereinfacht. (Hierfür müssten Fahrzeuge Schrittempo fahren). Das für das Überholen der Radfahrer wird noch einmal zusätzlich beschleunigt, gerade bei Rennradlern! Ein Zebrastreifen, eine kleine Fußgängerampel, ein Radweg etc. sind hier vorteilhafter.
