Sozialverträglichen Wohnraum erhalten

Wenn Potsdams größte Wohnungsgenossenschaft fast 400 Wohnungen verkauft - soviele wie andere Genossenschaften nicht mal im Bestand haben -, dann reißt das ein riesiges Loch in den sozialverträglichen Wohnungsmarkt. Anderswo versucht man, mehr Wohnungen in Genossenschafts- o. Kommunaleigentum zu holen, in Berlin wird sogar über Enteignungen nachgedacht, und in Potsdam wird weiter privatisiert?! Ich wünsche mir, dass alles versucht wird, um diesen Verkauf zu verhindern.

Bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu schaffen ist ein großes Anliegen aller Städte. Genossenschaften waren dabei immer ein unverzichtbarer Partner. Die Vorgehensweise der KM ist nicht vertretbar, schon garnicht in Potsdam und sollte rechtlich verfolgt werden.

Wohnungsverkauf

Wir wohnen auch in einer Wohnung die verkauft werden soll. Wir dachten das wir bei einer Genossenschft sind die noch ein wenig sozial ist. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet in unseren Alter ( 71 und 69 ) noch mal umziehen zu müssen

Wohnungsprivatisierung

In der Vertreterversammlung erfolgte entsprechend Statut eine demokratische Abstimmung; auch in den Vorveranstaltungen wurden den Anwesenden umfassend Informationen gegeben. Die Konditionen des Schutzes der noch wohnenden Mitglieder sind beispielhaft und enthalten Angebote, die weit über die sonstigen Verfahrensweisen und von den übrigen Mitgenossenschaftlern finanziert werden.
