Master Professional für Restaurierung im Metallbauerhandwerk

Ab 2022 kann man die Fortbildung zum Master professional für Restaurierung im Metallbauerhandwerk absolvieren. Sie richtet sich an Metallbaumeister. D.h. auf eine 5-jährige Ausbildung im Handwerk folgt eine Spezialisierung für den Bereich Restaurierung auf Masterniveau. Hier werden Restauratoren mit profunder Materialkenntnis und Kenntnis zu Korrosionsschutz ausgebildet. Zwar wäre eine entsprechende universitäre Ausbildung wünschenswert. Aber wenn sie nicht genug nachgefragt wird, wird offensichtlich am Markt vorbei ausgebildet. Im Handwerk hingegen zeichnet sich ein Fachkräftemangel ab.
