Relikt kaiserzeitlicher Doppelmoral

Die Entscheidungsfreiheit bleibt, nur aktives Widersprechen ist nötig. Das Grundgesetz mutet Menschen viel drastischere Dinge zum Schutz anderer zu, namentlich die (nur ausgesetzte) Wehrpflicht. Hiermit haben viele Politiker weit weniger moralische Probleme! Über grundlegende Rechte der Lebenden, die dem Staate noch dienlich sein können, wird sehr lapidar hinweggegangen, um so mehr christliche Ehrerbietung kann man der Würde der Verstorbenen widmen...

Warum ich widersprochen habe

Ich habe der Entnahme aus grundsätzlichen Überzeugungen widersprochen und möchte selber lieber sterben als ein Spenderorgan zu empfangen. Meiner Einschätzung nach ist da eine Grenze überschritten, was wir Menschen uns an Eingriffen in das Leben erlauben dürfen. Daher bin ich dafür, dass nur denjenigen, die dies ausdrücklich wollen, nach eingetretenem "Hirntod" Organe entnommen werden dürfen, und dass auch die Implantation von Organen eine (nicht fiktive!) Einwilligung erfordert.

Nur bei aktiver Einwilligung!

Ich bin dagegen. Es darf meiner Meinung nach nicht sein, dass Menschen, die sich nicht dafür entscheiden, Organspender*in zu werden, dem aktiv widersprechen müssen oder wenn sie es nicht tun ungefragt Organe entnommen bekommen. Gleiches gilt für Menschen, die sich keine Gedanken darüber gemacht haben oder die nicht wirklich verstehen, was das bedeutet. Das gibt es sonst in keinem anderen Fall!
