Rechtssicherheit

Rechtstaatlichkeit muss sein. Mich stört das Umfeld. Wer hat zu verantworten, dass keine 2. Blutprobe gemacht wurde? Ermittlungen gegen den Vorgesetzten und den Beifahrer sind nötig. War das Trinken des Kollegen bekannt? Ich bin für Strafe, aber gegen Rache.
