In der Nähe Bahnhof Nieder-Ramstadt soll ein integratives Wohnmodell für Studierende und Flüchtlinge errichtet werden. Ein Vorhaben und -Erschliessungsplan-Plan mit 21 Hauseinheiten soll aufgestellt werden.
Die Wohnanlage muss 21 Wohneinheiten umfassen um wirtschaftlich zu sein. Wir wollen beweisen, daß es genügend Studenten gibt, die bereit sind mit Flüchtlingen zusammenzuleben. Die Häuser gruppieren sich um einen Park, Flüchtlinge und Studenten sind separat in kleinen Hauseinheiten untergebracht.
It is planed to erect an integrative living-model for refugees and students near the trainstation of Nieder-Ramstadt.A plan with 21 houses should be decided on. The residential complex should contain of 21 units to be economic. We want to prove, that there are enough students who are willing to live together with refugees. The houses are build around a small park, refugess and students live in separate small buildings.
