1) Die "GEZ" wurde zum 31.12.2012 abgeschafft. 2) Die "Rundfunkgebühren" wurden ebenso abgeschafft. 3) Der "Rundfunkbeitragsstaatsvertrag" ist ein öffentlich-rechtliches Instrument, kein privatrechtliches. Die Argumentation "Vertrag zu Lasten Dritter" hat lediglich im Privatrecht Bedeutung, geht daher ins Leere. Somit: Bitte näher kundig machen, bevor eine Petition begonnen wird! Die vorliegende ist mangels Präzision aussichtslos!
