Ein Beispiel für die Ungerechigkeit der Straßenausbaubeiträge: Im letzten Jahr mussten die 200.000 Bürger in Mainz zusammen 1,6 Millionen € Beiträge bezahlen. In Trittscheid sollen nach Planungsstand die 122 Bürger 1,1 Millionen € bezahlen. Das ist nicht nur ungerecht sondern treibt auch viele in den Ruin.

Eine funktionierende Infrastruktur ist Aufgabe der Kommune , die dazu Steuermittel der Bürger erhält. Diese sind zweckgefunden einzusetzen , so z.B die Grundsteuer. Es kann nicht sein ,dass Bürger doppelt zur Finanzierung herangezogen. Einmal durch Steuer und zusaetzl. über wiederkehrende Beiträge. Desweiteren sollen in allen Bundesländern gleiche Regeln gelten.

Prinzipiell findet man ja immer gut, wenn keine Beiträge zu leisten sind, aber ich frage mich, wer soll das alles noch bezahlen bzw. wo soll das Geld denn her kommen. Ein gute Sache sind wiederkehrende Beiträge in bezahlbarem Rahmen, die dann zur Investitionsfinanzierung eingesetzt werden. Dann zahlen alle mit, als Solidargemeinschaft.
