Attraktiver Arbeitgeber

Ohne Tarifbindung sind wir für Qualifizierte Fachkräfte weniger attraktiv. Das macht es schwerer gute Mitarbeiter zu finden. Auch haben wir im letzten Jahr viele (gute) Mitarbeiter, die uns aus eigenem Antrieb verlassen haben, verloren. Möglicherweise hängt das auch mit der fehlenden Tarifbindung zusammen.

Wertschätzung

Gute Mitarbeiter verdienen einen Anerkennungstarifvertrag. Das hat auch etwas mit Wertschätzung zu tun.

Tarifvertrag / Coronaprämie

Weil ein Tarifvertrag Sicherheit und Verlässlichkeit schafft und rechtsverbindliche Mindeststandards regelt. Weil er Wertschätzung und Respekt ausdrückt. Es ist sehr schade und nicht wertschätzend, dass die Coronaprämie als verhandlungstaktische Maßnahme genutzt wird. Das hat mit Tarifvertrag nichts zu tun.
