günstige Biomüllentsorgung über gemeinnützige Tafeln

Man kann auch gemeinnützige Tafeln als günstige Biomüll-Entsorgung missbrauchen. Die Tafeln können (dürfen ?) keine Spende ablehnen. Da müsste ein Gesetz klar differenzieren, was geht und was nicht mehr. Es muss die Möglichkeit geben, auch Spenden abzulehnen. Bitte diesen Aspekt in der Petition berücksichtigen.
