Himmelschreiende Ungerechtigkeit...

Wenn der Herr als Einwanderer gekommen ist, haben Sie völlig recht. Ist er aber als Asylant gekommen, wir Ihre Formulierung "Flüchtling" vermuten lässt, wäre es eine himmelschreiende Ungerechtigkeit, wenn er hier bliebe. Asyl ist, per Definition, ein temporärer Schutz! Und das war vom ersten Tag an klar!
