Um eine Ausbildungsduldung zu erhalten, müssen etliche Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein. Eine davon ist, dass keine weitere Ausbildung genehmigt wird, wenn bereits eine Ausbildung vorhanden ist. Aber es gibt noch viele mehr.. Er sollte es mit einem ordentlichen Arbeits- oder Ausbildungsvisum aus Pakistan versuchen, Asyl hat nicht geklappt!

Abdur kommt aus Pakistan und Pakistani erhalten nur sehr selten Asyl oder einen anderen Schutzstatus. Dass er nicht vorhatte, nach Deutschland zu kommen, glaubt ihr ja wohl selbst nicht...Pakist ist mehr als 7000 km entfernt und er musste durch etliche sichere Länder reisen. Sein Asylantrag wurde abgelehnt, jetzt muss er ausreisen oder eer wird abgeschoben und genau so ist es richtig!
