Es gab die Eigenheimzulage bis 2005! Es wäre fair wenn alle diejenigen das Baukindergeld erhalten, die nach 2005 gebaut haben und keine Eigenheimzulage bekommen haben. Gleiches Recht für alle die Kinder haben!!!

Wenn man den Stichtag auf den 01.01.2017 zurückdatieren würde, würden sich all jene beschweren, die bereits 2016 gebaut haben; Wenn man ihn auf den 01.01.2016 zurückdatieren würde, all jene die bereits 2015 gebaut haben, usw. Irgendeinen Stichtag wird es geben müssen. Man kann nicht rückwirkend für die letzten 70 Jahre Baukindergeld auszahlen. Und wenn es einen Stichtag gibt, dann gibt es immer auch irgend jemanden der kurz vorher seine Hütte gebaut hat.
