Grundversorgung

Die Grundversorgung der Bürger ist Aufgabe des Staates. Dazu zählen neben Straßen und Bildung auch Strom, Gas und Wasser. Grundversorgung sollte keine Gewinne erwirtschaften müssen und dennoch entstehende Gewinne sollten dem Staat und damit den Bürgern zugute kommen.

Die öffentliche Hand hat privatisiert um Kosten zu sparen. Oft muss sie aber mit Steuergeldern, dann diese Unternehmen retten oder unterstützen, wenn sie in Schieflage geraten. An Gewinnen wird sie nicht beteiligt, bei Verlusten wird der Steuerzahler zur Kasse gebeten. Wo bitte ist da der Spareffekt einer Privatisierung? Da bleibt es doch gleich besser in der öffenlichen Hand.

Von einer freistaatlichen Beteiligung an den Wasserkraftwerken auf bayerischem Staatsgebiet erhoffe ich mir: Quelle1: den Betrieb der Wasserkraftwerke im Sinne des effektiven Anlagenbetriebs und im Sinne des Umweltschutzes wie im Art. 141 der Bayerischen Verfassung niedergelegt: Siehe auch Art. 141 der Verfassung des Freistaates Bayern Sowie https://www.stmfh.bayern.de/beteiligungen/

Europaweite Verbrsucherverträge fur Energieversorgung

solange es nicht möglich ist als Abnehmer Energieverträge auf europäischer Ebene, also ohne RWE oder eon abzuschliessen, sollte Energie in Länderebene verbleiben!!

erstens ist das gesamte Bauwerk von grandioser Ausstrahlung. Es sollte schon aufgrund dessen Eigentum unseres Staates oder Landes sein. Auch bin ich der Meinung, dass die öffentliche Infrastruktur grundsätzlich in Bürgereigentum überführt werden muss, schon wegen der Gefahr der Abhängigkeit von anderen Unternehmen oder Staaten und wegen der Gefahr der Manipulation durch Interessensgruppen.

Der Gesellschaft Nachhaltig dienlich

Sehr Gut wenn die Wasserkraft wieder in Öffentliche Hand kommt. Die Kraftwerke sollen ja auch Über Dekaden modernisiert und betrieben werden. Optimal wäre eine Bedarfs gemäße Steuerung der Wasserkraft. In den Morgen Stunden und Abends zwischen 17 und 21 Uhr sind die Preise am Strommarkt aktuell sehr hoch

Dass dieser "Kohhandel" möglich wurde hatt die Bundesregierung vertreten durch herrn Habeck viel Steuergeld verschwendet. Die Hintergründe dürften bekannt sein. Die Steuerzahler sind wieder die Geprellten

Ich kenne Dr. Karl Probst als besonnenen Ratgeber, tatkräftigen Gemeinderat - auch wenn sich der Bürgermeister darüber geärgert hat - und vernünftigen Arzt.

Wenn ich so sehe wie die Bayrische Regierung, speziell Söder, mit regenerativen Energien umgeht hab ich Bedenken da Verantwortung/Eigentum an Bayern zu geben. Unbestreitbar ist das die Energieversorgung besser in öffentlicher Hand ist. Doch sollten da die Bürger Mitwirken können. Wenn ich beispielsweise bedenke das in Allgäu nur 60% der vorhandenen Wasserkraftanlagen genutzt werden traue ich der Bayerischen Staatsregierung derzeit nicht zu die Wasserkraft vernünftig zu verwalten.

Und wo soll der Vorteil liegen? Gilt das auch noch, wenn die CSU im Bund wieder mitregiert? Die Forderung entspricht einer "Verstaatlichung", wie sie die CSU nie begünstigte (Ich erinnere an die Privatisierungspläne beim Trinkwasser vor ca. 20 Jahren und durch die Hintertür in den letzten ca. 15 Monaten) Die "Überführung" von Teilen von Uniper führt, zumindest vorübergehend, zu viel Verwaltungsaufwand, .- bei Uniper und beim Bayer. Staat.

Die Verstaatlichung an sich löst das Problem nicht

Verstaatlichung bedeutet nicht automatisch regionale Mitsprache und mehr Umweltschutz. Der Staat kann das Modell der Bayerischen Staatsforsten wählen. Dann rangiert der Ertrag vor Umweltschutz u. regionaler Mitsprache. Er kann sie auch an Private geben. Weil harte Umweltschutzklauseln den Ertrag schmälern, wird er die vernachlässigen, weil sonst Investoren abspringen. Solange das „danach“ der Verstaatlichung nicht klar ist, macht die Petition keinen Sinn.
