Konzept fehlt

Das Kino ist wohl pleite und marode. Der Ersteller der Petition legt leider kein Konzept vor, was konkret gemacht werden soll. „Die Petition richtet sich an Oberbürgermeister Fritz Kuhn“. Das ist zu dünn. Denn was soll dieser dann konkret damit machen? Das Kino als kommunalen Betrieb weiterführen?
