Also ich habe nun etwas über die »Bürgerapp« nachgedacht. Und bin der Auffassung, dass die momentane dezentrale Lösung Politik zu machen, nämlich per globalen Lösungen, wie Twitter, Facebook, Youtube und Co. Vorteile haben kann. Der Wettbewerb auf einer zentralen Plattform könnte leichter verzerrt werden. Wenn, dann wäre es erstrebenswert eine europäische App zu gestalten, um sie neben den global agierenden Social Networks salonfähig zu machen. Meines Erachtens wäre auch da eine »staatsunabhängige« Plattform aus demokratischen Gründen zu bevorzugen. SIEHE QUELLE
