Manipulation

Die Widerspruchlösung ist MANIPULIERBAR. Bei den Behörden würde dann einfach eingetragen werden, dass man einverstanden ist, obwohl genau das Gegenteil der Fall ist. Organspende MUSS um jeden Preis auf FREIWILLIGER Basis bleiben!!!

Ich möchte nicht, dass Verhältnisse auf den Kopf gestellt werden: wer etwas sprenden möchte, muss aktiv werden, also in diesem Fall, sich einen Organsprenderausweis besorgen. Niemand kann und darf davon ausgehen, dass Organe gesprendet werden, wenn dem nicht ausdrücklich von Spender zugestimmt wurde. Ein Widerspruch ist keine Zustimmung!
