Qualitätskontrollen. Es soll ja nur bei Gras bleiben, ohne Streckmittel, die die Gesundheit zusätzlich gefährden.

Jugendschutz. Bei illigalem Verklauf gibt es keinen Jugendschutz, da es nicht kontrolliert werden kann. Wer will, kommt derzeit an Gras, egal wie alt. Legale Verkaufsstellen können jedoch sehr wohl kontrolliert werden.

Hanf, Entkriminalisierung, Kriminalitätssenkung

Entkriminalisierung und Rückgang der Kriminalität. Verkäufer machen sich nicht mehr strafbar, sodern haben die Möglichkeit auf legale Art und Weise zu handeln. Konsumenten werden überwiegend bei offiziellen Verkaufsstellen Gras erstehen, als kompliziert und mit unsicherem Gefühl im Park oder in einer Gasse. Der illegale Verkauf wird unlukrativ.
