IV.1.1.11 Das Sondergebiet Erholung SO 12 - Wochenendhausgebiet - dient dem Frei- zeitwohnen in Wochenendhäusern. Allgemein zulässig sind Wochenendhäuser als Einzelhäuser mit einer Grundfläche von maximal 40m² je Gebäude. Ausnahmsweise sind zulässig: - Läden, die der unmittelbaren Versorgung des Gebietes dienen, - Anlagen und Einrichtungen für Freizeitzwecke, die das Freizeitwohnen nicht stören. Zulässig sind Gebäude mit höchstens einem Vollgeschoss und einer GRZ von 0,2. [§ 10 Abs. 1, 2 und 3 BauNVO]
