Schutz von Personal ist überflüssig

Herr Linkmann Junior, der Jura studiert sollte eigentlich wissen: Auch wenn ihr ein Dienstleistungsbetrieb seid ist doch hier der Blick auf §1 LadöffnG zu richten. Der Sinn dabei ist es Personal/ Sonn- und Feiertage/ flexible Verkaufszeiten an Werktagen zu schützen. Aber da ihr eine SOZIALE Waschanlage seid und euren Mitarbeitern auch gerne Ruhe gönnt, sollte der eine Tag in der Woche ja kein Problem für euch sein. Und dann noch Menschen mit religiösem Hintergrund hier als Argument zu missbrauchen, das ist billig.
