Wieso sollen sich andere Migranten bemühen, hier Fuß zu fassen, wenn sie hören, dass ein so gut integrierter Mensch trotzdem abgeschoben wird! Die Entscheidung, ob jemand gehen muss oder bleiben darf, sollte nicht nur vom Herkunftsland abhängen, sondern auch von seinen Integrationsbemühungen und Erfolgen wie Spracherwerb und Arbeitswille!

die allererste maßnahme in diesem fall ist DRINGEND und spätestens am montag einen anwalt einzuschalten. der per eilantrag eine gerichtliche überprüfung des bescheides anschiebt. man hat dafür nur wenige tage zeit, nachdem der bescheid eingetroffen ist. petition dauert viel zu lange. dann ist das zeifenster eines widerspruchs zu und er kann wirklich abgeschoben werden !!!
