Wenn man einen NICHT nette Schulleitung hat die kein Hitzefrei gibt obwohl mehrer Lehrer/-innen sich beschwerd haben und es eine AMTLICHE Warnung vor HITZE gab und es ca. 38 °C heiß war gibt es durch das Gesetzt trotzdem Hitzefrei

Im Rahmen der Stärkung der Selbstverwaltung von Schulen muss dies frei entschieden werden. Jede Schule bräuchte dann eine amtliche Wetterstation und das Geld dafür kann man besser ausgeben. In Verwaltung und Betrieben gibt es auch kein "Hitzefrei". Ps.: Dein Deutsch scheint auch etwas viel Hitze abbekommen zu haben.
