Zerstörung landwirtsch. Nutzfläche = Dauerverlust der Ernteerlöse = Schaden für die Volkswirtschaft und das BIP. Gewünschte besiedlung von Industrie- und Gewerbegebieten erfolgt schleppend und Kompensation der finanziellen Verluste bleibt oft aus.
