Wen Licht nachts stört der soll die Jalousien zu machen und den Sternenhimmel auf dem Land beobachten. Licht schafft Sicherheit (Kriminalitäts- und Unfallprävention). Ständiges ein- und Ausschalten von Leuchtmitteln sorgt für deren vorzeitiges Ende (vgl. zu Hause: Die maximalen Schaltzyklen sind meistens vor der Betriebszeit erreicht).
