Neubau?

Warum aber gleich ein Neubau? Zwar wurden wie erwähnt bereits andere mögliche Veranstaltungsorte abgerissen, doch würde mir spontan auch sofort das ehemalige Real an der Burgker Straße einfallen, was als Veranstaltungshalle genutzt werden könnte.
