Das Areal befindet sich in Privatbesitz. Weder Stadtrat noch Anwohner könnten verhindern, dass der Eigentümer alles lässt wie es ist und die scheußlichen DDR-Bauten bei diesem ganzen Theater (Nachbargeheul auf Basis des Sankt Florian Prinzips) einfach mit Wohnungen vollstopft - "prima" Vorstellung ... Leute, kommt doch einfach mal wieder runter in die Realität!
