Fürsorgepflicht, das ist richtig und wichtig. Aber was sie hier fordern ist doch nicht in Ordnung. Nun gab es 3! heiße Tage seit 2003 und soe fordern Hitzefrei. In den 1960er Jahren, die ich erlebt habe, gab es viel mehr heiße Tage.Was wollen sie denn tun, wenn sie im Berufsleben stehen und es heiße Tage gibt? Den Chef um Hitzefrei bitten? Schade, dass die heutigen Jugendlichen so weltfremd sind und ihre Eltern da auch nicht vorgebeugt haben und ihnen nicht erzählt haben, wie es früher war. Schade.

Wir haben schon zu viel Bürokratie - mehr Autonomie für verantwortliches Verhalten

Wir haben schon viel zu viele Regeln. Gute LehrerInnen und SchulleiterInnen achten nach meiner Beobachtung schon jetzt auf die geforderten Punkte und werden durch die Regeln nur eingeschränkt. Warum nicht einfach die Autonomie stärken, selbst gute Entscheidungen zu treffen anstatt noch mehr Bürokratie an den Schulen einzurichten?
