What are the arguments against the petition?

Es fehlt an Wohnungen für die sozial Schwachen. Der Rat der Stadt Hildesheim hat beschlossen, dass in neuen baugebieten 20 % sozialer Wohnungsbau erfolgen soll. Neue Baugebiete bedeuten also gerade mehr sozialer Wohnungsbau. Es gibt aber nicht genügend Baugebiete.
