Mit dem Leitspruch "Maßlose Verdichtung" wird gegen ein Vorhaben argumentiert, welches zur einer baulichen Situation führt, die in den Straßenzügen ringsum bereits besteht. Was wäre denn eine maßvolle Verdichtung? Sind nicht gerade wir mit dem wohnnahen Plänterwald und Treptower Park in einer privilegierten Lage, ein Erholungsgebiet direkt nebenan zu haben? Warum wird gerade jetzt die unzureichende Nahversorgung und Kinder- und Schulbetreuung ins Feld geführt und nicht für diese Problematik so vehement gestritten (die durch 190 neue Bewohner nicht signifikant verändert würde)?
