Ilsesee-Ableitung zum Lautersee

Es muss ausprobiert werden,wie groß der Einfluß auf den Grundwasserstand ist, wenn der Wasserspiegel des Ilsesees um 1 m abgesenkt wird. Die Ableitung kann über den viel tiefer liegenden unmittelbar benachbarten Lautersee erfolgen.

Eigentum

Es bleibt im ersten Schritt auf Grundgesetz Art. 14 zu verweisen: Eigentum verpflichtet. Immerhin haben alle Eigentümer ihr (teilweise älteres Haus) freiwillig dort erworben oder selber gebaut, wo es steht. Der Baugrund ist meist das schlechteste Bauteil, welches man im Rahmen eines Immobilienerwerbes kauft. Wechselnde Grundwasserstände, vor allem nach Starkregenereignissen, gab es schon immer in Königsbrunn, oberflächige Überschwemmungen seit über 100 Jahren keine mehr.
