Lärm

Dem angeblich vorhandenen Wissen sind meistens Grenzen gesetzt und div. nachteilige Bedingungen stellen sich erst im Nachhinein heraus oder sind erst nach Einzug direkt erlebbar und einschätzbar. Weshalb ich das fast generell für ein schlechtes Argument halte und es teils unzumutbare Bedingungen (z.T. sogar ungerechte) aufrecht erhält. Davon abgesehen bleibt die hohe Belastung für die Anwohner. Natürlich sollte, genau wie bei Neubauten, mehr Schutz geleistet werden müssen! Lärm macht krank!

Die Unterscheidung ist richtig, weil man bei bestehenden Straßen selbst entscheiden kann, ob man dort hinziehen will oder bauen will. Die Lärmbelastung ist bekannt. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen greift dann dort auch die Lärmvorsorge, siehe Verkehrslärmschutzrichtlinie! Keine Änderungen der Gesetze erforderlich.
