Und was ist mit Rauchern und Alkoholikern? Das ist ja auch schon als Krankheit oder Sucht anerkannt. Wenn ich nun hohe Ausgaben für Alkohol und Nikotin habe, bekäme ich dann auch einen Steuervorteil? Das ist zwar tragisch, wenn man aufgrund einer Krankheit höhere Ausgaben hat, dürfte aber keinen Grund für höhere Freibeträge sein. Freibeträge gibt es nur gestaffelt bei mdE, und das scheint ja nicht gegeben zu sein.
