- Viele Pendler - Genügend freie Plätze für ein McDonald's - Resturant (z.B an der B73 ehemals Fritsche oder Ortseingang Hemmoor aus der Richtung Stade, evtl auch am Zentrum)

Wir wollen es!

- Viele Kraftfahrer die in Hemmoor an der Bundesstraße ihre Pausen machen (Viele Fragen wo man am schnellsten etwas essen kann) - Gut für die Stadt Hemmoor (Mehr Besucher? Mehr Bekanntheit?) - Zur Sommersaison kommen viele Urlauber (Urlauber kommen immer wieder nach Hemmoor um im Kreidesee zu tauchen)

Umsatz

Es ist unwahrscheinlich das ein Restaurant in Hemmor den Umsatz bringt den ein Restaurant brauch um zumindest kostendeckend zu arbeiten! Und wer soll es unterhalten. Die Company wird wohl kaum ein restaurant hinsetzen zwischen 2 ihrer Franchisenehmer und denen die Kundschaft abgraben. Und solange Mc in der jetzigen Situation ist, wird es 100%ig keinen neuen geben.

Vermüllung

Schon jetzt lassen die Bürger viel Müll liegen - man schaue sich den Rathausplatz oder die Parkplätze bei der Schule an. Zudem weiß man, wie es in anderen Regionen aussieht, wo es einen McDonald's gibt. Umweltbewusstsein existiert bei den Menschen nicht. Ich selber bin kein Umweltaktivist (lässt mein Fahrzeug schon nicht zu), aber noch mehr Müll muss nicht sein.
