Innerstädtische Parkplätze sollten nur für die Anwohner, den Außendienst (z.B. Handwerker, Lieferanten, Kundendienst ...) und mobilitätsbeschränkte Menschen freigegeben werden.

Autos gehören an den Stadtrand.

Unnötiger PKW- Individualberkehr hat Nichts im Zentrum zu suchen. Innenstädte sollten lieber fußgänger- und fahhradfreundlich mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und wenig Verkehrsemissionen gestaltet werden. Wuppertal hat sogar eine Schwebebahn, die unabhängig vom Straßenverkehr gut durchkommt. Sinnvoll wäre ein gutes P+R- Angebot mit kostenloser ÖV- Nutzung auf das Parkticket (Beispiel Strassbourg).
