Mindestabstand

Auch ich bin der Meinung, dass sich der Mindestabstand nach der Höhe der Anlage richten muss. Das 10fache der Anlage halte ich für erforderlich. Also bei 200 Metern 2 km! Dies muss bundeseinheitlich geregelt werden und nicht in jedem Bundesland unterschiedlich.

Dörfersterben

Ein so hoher Mindestabstand würde dazu führen, dass in der Nähe von Bestandgeschützten Altanlagen keine Wohnbebauung (auch in Siedlungen) mehr stattfinden darf! Schliesslich müssen nicht nur die Windräder, sondern auch die Wohnhäuser diesen Abstand einhalten!!

Verallgemeinerung

Die Petition richtet sich generell gegen Windkraftanlagen und das sollte vermieden werden. Wenn man eine Horizontal-Anlage mit all ihren Nachteilen betrachtet, trifft dies zu 80 % nicht auf eine Horizontal-Windkraftanlage mit den neusten Technologien zu.
