Gegenvorschlag: Deutschland-Ticket als Sozialticket

Ich möchte - aus eigener Erfahrung - anregen, es stattdessen so zu machen, wie in Freiburg im Breisgau: Hier erhalten Bezieher*innen von Sozialleistungen zum Lebensunterhalt oder von Wohngeld auf Antrag das Deutschlandticket für einen monatlichen Eigenanteil von 33 Euro. Den Rest zahlt die Stadt als Zuschuss. Über den Preis kann man streiten - den halten viele (und auch ich) für zu hoch. Aber es ist ein super Angebot, das ich sehr gerne nutze.
