Verstehe teils den Unmut der Anwohner, allerdings gab es einen ähnlich gelagerten Fall in Wasbüttel bei dem der B-Plan rechtskräftig gewurden ist. Die Argumente gegen die Babauung der dort lebenden Bürger waren ähnlich. https://openjur.de/u/2342059.html
