Ohne konkrete Zahlenangaben ist die Petition ohne Aussage: 33% von 0 ist immer noch 0. Wie hoch ist denn die wöchentliche Lehrverpflichtung? 20h? 30h? Übrigens ist das eine gute Berufsvorbereitung, die sollte allerdings ggf. vertraglich vereinbart werden. (Entweder im Arbeitsvertrag oder durch konkludentes Verhalten.)
