die angestrebte Verpackungssteuer wird dann durch die Hersteller auf den Produktpreis aufgeschlagen und es ändert sich nichts. Der Bürger zahlt wieder einmal die Zeche. Unsere Politik ist, meiner Meinung nach, einfach nicht in der Lage entsprechende Auflagen für die Hersteller verbindlich zu regeln.
