Der Landkreis würde mit dem Erhalt der beiden Schulen mit getrennten Schulleitungen verhindern, eine Schule mit allgemeinsonderpädagogische Ausrichtung sich zu entwickeln.

Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, warum der Landkreis sich mit dieser Schulfusion beschäftigt. Festlegen der Schularten ist einziges Hoheitsrecht des Kreises. Der Kreis stellt die räumlichen und sächlichen Mittel zur Verfügung und das Land die personellen.
