Solange die Lohnverteilung in der Gesellschaft ungerecht ist, muss der Bezug für ALG II-Empfänger nach oben angepasst werden.

soziale Gerechtigkeit

Gerade Aufstocker und Eltern, die wegen ihrer Babys und Kleinkinder nicht voll arbeiten können, haben eine faire Berechnung der Regelsätze verdient. Alle anderen Bezieher von ALG II ebenso.

Nur bei zeitgleicher Erhöhung des steuerfreien Existenzminimums

Ich finde eine solche Erhöhung nur bei zeitgleicher starker(!) Erhöhung des steuerfreien Existenzminimums akzeptabel. Denn bereits heute ergibt die Summe aus Wohnkosten, Heizung plus 409 Euro für den Lebensunterhalt bei vielen Selbsternähren weit mehr als das, was ihnen der Staat als steuerfreies Existenzminimum lässt. Bereits jetzt ist der Bürger, der von seinem eigenen Geld lebt, gegenüber Hartzern benachteiligt. Wenn Erhöhung, dann bei beidem. Das ist aber in der Petition nicht gefordert. Daher keine Mitzeichnung.

Verdienen genausowenig wie vor Erwerbstätigkeit als ALG II-Bezug

Wir sind erwerbstätig, haben genausowenig wie vorher, sind immernoch auf ALG II angewiesen. Warum? Die Miete wird nun nach 6 Monaten Bezug (trotz hohem Mietspiegel) zu großen Teilen nicht mehr anerkannt. Mit dem Regelleistungsbedarf machen wir die Miete wett, dafür muss die ganze Familie enorm sparen. Trotz Arbeit.
