Dauerhafter Erhalt der Rosa Aussicht

Weil die Werkstatt von Martina Clasen ein ganz besonderes architekturhistorisches und künstlerisches Kleinod für die Allgemeinheit darstellt. Und natürlich auch um ein Zeichen zu setzen gegen Profitgier (hier des Grundstückseigentümers) und Gentrifizierung, da oft genug durch solche Investoren bzw. Bauherren der Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum gegen Kultur ausgespielt wird. Und letztlich ohnehin nur teurer Wohnraum für Besserverdienende geschaffen wird.
