Hautklinik

Warum sollte man auf den Westsportplatz zugreifen, 2016 wird voraussichtlich die Hautklinik frei, hier gibt es noch kein Nachnutzungskonzept. Hier könnte doch die Lösung sein klein anfangen und dann die Hautklinik umbauen.

keine Gärten in Innenstadtnähe

Lieber die Kleingärten dort abschaffte, sowas ist ein Luxus den sich eine Stadt mit akuter Platznot wie Jena nicht leisten, vor allem nicht in so kurzer Entfernung zur Innenstadt! Wer in einer Großstadt einen eigenen Garten will, kann auch in entlegenere Regionen fahren, bzw kann man dort eine Kleingartenkolonie begründen. Der dortige Kriegsschutt sollte für die heutige Bautechnik eigentlich kein Hindernis mehr sein!

Sportplatz ökologisch wertvoll

Aus meiner Sicht ist der Westsportplatz für das empfindliche Wetterklima im Mühltal viel wertvoller als ein großes Schulgebäude, welches durch einen weiteren großen Schornstein dort die Luft stärker belasten wird.

Schulen, Freizeitangebote

Bildung ist auf jeden Fall wichtig und es ist toll, dass unsere Stadt dafür Geld ausgeben will. Aber was sollen die Kinder und Jugendlichen nach dem Unterricht, am Wochenende und in den Ferien machen? Wenn Freizeitmöglichkeiten gekürzt werden, was dann? Durch die Straßen ziehen und Autospiegel abbrechen? Und wenn die Schule beendet ist und ein Studienorte verglichen werden: da schneidet Jena immer schlechter ab, weil es so immer weniger Möglichkeiten für solche Aktivitäten gibt.

weniger Plätze => weniger Hobbysportgruppen

Die Sportstätten in Jena sind sehr gut ausgelastet. Hobbysportler haben kaum eine Chance, eine Zeit auf einem Platz zu bekommen. Seit Jahren ist es unmöglich eine Halle zu bekommen - nun werden auch noch die Plätze verringert. Immer weniger steht der Allgemeinheit zur Verfügung. Und die Sportplätze der (neuen) Schulen stehen den Hobbysportlern eher nicht zur Verfügung. Folge - in unserer Gesellschaft ist kein Platz mehr für Hobbysportler.

Gemeinwohl

Es kann nicht sein, dass das Gemeinwohl von Hunderten von Nutzern des Westsportplatzes gegenüber wenigen Kleingärtnern zurückstehen muss.

Kompromissbereitschaft

Warum erwähnt eigentlich keiner,das der Sportunterricht in der Igs gar nicht auf dem Westsportplatz, sondern auf dem Sportplatz auf dem Gelände der Igs stattfindet. Dieser Sportplatz wurde bei der Rekonstruktion der Schule geschaffen. Sportfeste finden ebenfalls auf anderen Sportplätzen z.B. in Jenaost statt. Lediglich AGs nutzen den Westsportplatz. Ehrlichkeit und Kompromissbereitschaft wären auch mal von Seitens des Sportplatzes angebracht.

Dachbebauung

Man könnte nach amerikanischen Großstadt-vorbild eine Sportanlage in und auf die zu bauende Schule konstruieren, womit ein kleinerer Sportplatz, rein für die Öffentlichkeit ausreichend sein könnte.

Durch die Stadt verpachtete Fläche, oder 40 Kleingartenanlagen. Einen Teilnehmer kündigen ist einfacher.
