Hundesteuer ist Tierschutz und wenn die Wirkung bis jetzt zu gering ist dann sollte sie weiter erhöht werden, auf die weise werden auch die Kosten welche durch Hunde veursacht werden besser gedeckt. Je teurer das beschaffen und Halten eines Tieres ist desto eher überlegen sich Menschen 2 Mal ob sie zu Weinachten ein Tier schenken und am 2 Januar dann im Tierheim abladen. Desweiteren verhindert auch jeder Euro mehr das Tiere unsachgemäß gehalten und behandelt werden. Ein weiterer Punkt ist das nur das kaufen und halten von Haustieren erst zu deren Qualzuchten wie Mops, Dackel und Co führen.
